I Died… But I Came Back” (Part 3) πŸ‘»⚡

I Died… But I Came Back” (Part 3)

After that day, peace no remain again.

My compound turned to tourist center.

Morning till night—people trooping in: “Na she be the girl wey die come back?”
“I wan see am with my two eyes.”
“Touch am first, make I confirm.” 😭

Some people came with Bible.
Some came with cameras.
Some just came for gist.

I just sat there like exhibit.

Government Enters the Matter 🏒

Three days later… black jeep enter the compound.

Everybody cleared road immediately.

Two men stepped down—black suit, dark glasses.

Serious faces.

One of them called my name.

“I need to speak with you.”

I looked at them and sighed.

“Ah… it has started.” 😭

Interrogation Time 😳

They took me inside.

Sat me down.

Opened file.

My picture was there.

One of them leaned forward:

“You were confirmed dead.”

I nodded.

“Yes.”

“You were deposited in the mortuary.”

“Yes.”

“You are now… alive.”

I smiled small.

“As you can see.”

The man removed his glasses slowly.

“This is not normal.”

Testing My “Condition” πŸ§ͺ

They started asking questions.

“Do you remember what happened?”
“Did you see anything?”
“Did you cross… somewhere?”

I paused.

I remembered the mortuary.

The old woman.

That voice.

I looked at them.

“I didn’t just wake up… something sent me back.”

Both men exchanged glances.

First Sign of Power ⚡

One of them said:

“Can you prove anything… unusual?”

I didn’t even plan to do anything.

But suddenly…

The light in the room flickered.

ON… OFF… ON… OFF…

We all froze.

Even me.

“Wait… I didn’t do that o 😭”

Then the fan stopped.

Silence.

Cold breeze entered from nowhere.

One of the men stood up immediately.

“This is beyond us.”

Outside… Tension Rising 😨

Word spread fast.

“Government people are with him!”
“They are testing him!”
“he is not ordinary!”

Villagers gathered again.

This time—not curiosity.

Fear.

Respect.

Confusion.

The Second Manifestation πŸ‘»

As I stood up from the chair…

I suddenly heard that same voice again.

Soft.

Clear.

“You’re not done.”

My heart dropped.

“Ah… not again.” 😭

The window beside me opened by itself.

Curtains started moving without wind.

The two officers stepped back instantly.

“Stay where you are!”

I raised my hands.

“I’m not doing anything!”

Truth Begins to Unfold 😳

That same calm feeling from the mortuary came over me.

Like something was waking up inside me.

I looked at my hands…

And whispered:

“So… this is real?”

Then slowly…

The light came back.

Fan started spinning again.

Everything returned to normal.

Government Reaction πŸƒπŸ½‍♂️

The two men didn’t waste time.

They packed their files immediately.

One of them said:

“We will… be in touch.”

But from their faces?

They were not coming back anytime soon 😭

They entered their car and left like people who saw something they cannot explain.

Village Conclusion 😭

Outside, everybody was waiting.

As I stepped out…

Nobody moved close.

One old woman just knelt down.

“Please… don’t harm us.”

I held my head.

“Ahhh… what is this life again?” 😭

Final Scene ⚡

That night…

I sat alone in my room.

Thinking.

Trying to understand everything.

Then suddenly…

My laptop turned on by itself.

Screen lit up.

Words appeared:

“You were given a second chance… not a normal life.”

I swallowed.

“Meaning?”

Then one last line appeared:

“It has just begun.” πŸ‘»

“I Died… But I Came Back”

πŸ‘»πŸ˜‚
Morning came slowly.
From inside my room, I could already hear movements in the house. Low voices. Footsteps. That heavy, quiet kind of atmosphere wey dey follow mourning.
I sat on the bed, fully dressed now, just listening.
“So… these people really think say I don go,” I whispered.
Then I stood up and moved closer to the window, peeping through the curtain.
Compound full.
Chairs arranged.
Canopy.
People.
Ah.
“Burial preparation don start?? This thing fast o!” 😭
Testing My Presence 😏
I decided to test something.
I opened my door gently… krrrkkk.
Immediately, one aunty passing the corridor froze.
Slowly… she turned.
Our eyes met.
For like 3 seconds, nobody moved.
Then—
She screamed.
“GHOSTTTTT!!! πŸ‘»”
I didn’t even wait.
I quickly closed the door again and locked it.
Outside?
Chaos.
People running.
Some shouting “Jesus!!!”
Others shouting “It’s his spirit!!!”
One person fainted instantly 😭
I leaned on the door, holding my chest, laughing quietly.
“Okay… noted. No casual appearance.”
The Plan 😌
At this point, I knew I couldn’t just walk out like a normal human being.
These people were not ready.
So I went back to my laptop.
Typed one message.
Posted it on Facebook:
“Stop posting RIP. I am alive.”
I paused.
Then added:
“If you doubt it… wait.”
Posted.
Closed laptop.
Smiled.
“Let the confusion begin.” 😭
Village in Panic Mode ⚡
Within minutes, noise level increased outside.
Phones ringing everywhere.
“Have you seen her post??”
“Who posted it??”
“Is it his ghost??”
Some people started praying.
Some said my account was hacked.
Those two Ebonyi girls?
They quickly changed their captions:
“God is wonderful!!!”
“What God cannot do does not exist!!! πŸ™ŒπŸ½”
I shook my head.
“These people no dey ever rest.” 😭
The Big Reveal 😳
I took a deep breath.
“Okay… time.”
I unlocked my door.
Opened it fully this time.
And stepped out.
Silence.
Everybody turned.
Nobody moved.
Even the wind sef respect itself 😭
I walked slowly into the compound.
One man whispered:
“Is it… really him…?”
Another one said:
“No… no… don’t go close…”
I stopped in the middle.
Looked at all of them.
Then I said:
“Good morning.”
Scatter Level: MAXIMUM πŸ’₯
That was it.
Complete breakdown of order.
People ran in different directions.
One woman jumped over chair.
One man nearly tore canopy.
Some started speaking in tongues.
“RABABA SHANDA!!!”
Another shouted:
“Bring anointing oil!!!”
Even children wey no understand wetin dey happen started crying 😭
My Family’s Reaction 😭
My sister came out slowly.
Looking at me like she was seeing two versions of reality.
She walked closer… one step at a time.
“Are you…?”
I nodded.
“It’s me.”
She touched my hand.
Warm.
She screamed again—but this time different.
Not fear.
Shock.
“YOU’RE ALIVE???”
Next thing—
She hugged me so tight like she no wan lose me again.(I don't know the last time she hugged me sef)

Just when everywhere was calming down small…
One old man from the crowd stepped forward.
Looked at me carefully.
Then said:
“This one no be ordinary something…”
Everywhere quiet again.
He continued:
“He crossed… and came back.”
People gasped.
I just stood there.
Half smiling.
Half tired.
Then I said quietly:
“Abeg… who get food? I never chop since I ‘died’.” 😭
End… or Beginning? πŸ‘»
From that day…
Nobody in the village saw me the same way again.
Some people respected me.
Some feared me.
Some avoided me completely.
And those two Ebonyi girls?
They now greet me first… with full respect 😭
