dropped breasts because of touching by men😓?

Breasts don't drop or sag just because they've been touched! Saggy breasts are caused by weight (smaller breasts are less likely to sag), and skin elasticity - which can be affected by age, rapid weight gain/loss, and pregnancy - definitely not by touching, even squeezing!

how many litters of water should i take per day⚕️

There is no fixed amount of water that any person should take in a day. The body uses water in order to maintain its basic functions. The kidneys will excrete some amount of water each day in order to be able to remove waste from the body. It is estimated that these requirements of the body total to about 2.5 to 3.5 litres of water a day.

However, your water intake is also determined by the temperature around you, how much you sweat, how much you exercise, the kind of work you do (sedentary or heavy exertion) etc. Breastfeeding and pregnant women would need more water. Fever is another condition that causes increased loss of water from the body. Similarly, diarrhoea and vomiting will also cause you to lose fluids.

You must remember that water is available to the body from other fluids that you drink like milk, other beverages and even from the food you eat.

A very good general rule is that you need to drink enough water so that you pass clear urine and do not feel thirsty too often. Too much water, if consumed over a period of time, should not be harmful except for the inconvenience of having to pass urine more frequently.

*Nigerian Govt Announces Plan to 🏫Recruit More Teachers*

Mr. Sonny Echono, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, says every qualified and licensed teacher would be employed as part of efforts to rid the system of unqualified teachers.

NAN reports that Echono said this while monitoring the May Diet of the Teachers Professional Qualifying Examination (PQE) organised by the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) in Abuja on Saturday.

“We are dead serious about implementing the policy and we are also working very hard to ensure that we also are ready.

“The first thing that is going to happen is that TRCN and NTI are compiling a database of qualified teachers, those that have been certified, those who have taken this examination who are unemployed.

“And we are going to do it and even segregate them state by state and make them available to each state.

“That is going to be the first starting point, that anybody who has been certified as a teacher should be employed because we have no excuse for that.

“We have a huge debt of qualified teachers, so all those that we have should be engaged to work, and all those who are not qualified we are sorry, we have to move them out of the system."

what is eczema?⚕️

Eczema is the term used when the skin becomes inflamed and irritated. It can be due to many causes, but the symptoms are very similar. Eczematous skin is always itchy and dry. The skin also develops a rash, which may progress to becoming crusted and thickened. Eczema may also cause the skin to ooze a fluid, sometimes referred to as weeping eczema. There are several different conditions that give rise to eczema. The commonest condition is atopic dermatitis, which is a form of allergy in the skin.

Eczema is not a disease by itself. So there is no specific treatment for eczema. The underlying condition causing the eczema needs to be treated. For example if atopic dermatitis is causing the eczema, the treatment will be different from that of nummular eczema or seborrheic dermatitis. In addition to the treatment for the underlying disease process, moisturising lotions and antiallergics may be given to soothe the skin.

Whag to do if my boy friend id HIV positive

P

I sympathise with your predicament, especially if you already have had sexual intercourse. Ideally, he should have told you before you decided to have sex.

If you have already had sexual intercourse, you should go for a blood test to find out whether you are infected by the virus or not. It is possible that you *have not* been infected, especially if you have been using condoms. It is also likely that your boyfriend is taking Anti Retroviral drugs (ART). If he is, the amount of virus in his body is likely to be low. Even if he is not, the transmission rate for HIV is 0.03% to 0.3% for vaginal intercourse. So it is possible that despite everything, you have not been infected.

You should consult your doctor or a HIV counsellor. They will then advise you about the best way to tackle your problem. You will need to undergo a series of tests for HIV at regular intervals for upto a year before you can consider yourself HIV negative. If you are mentally upset about this, they can counsel you to maintain your emotional peace. You must remember that HIV is not a killer infection. There are medicines available now which can control the virus and allow you to lead a full and healthy life.

The best course of action for you will be to consult your doctor or a HIV counsellor regarding your tests. You should of course adopt safe sexual practices in the future.

*Women's World Cup🏆: France🇫🇷 Starts By Thrashing Korea

Wendie Renard scored two headers as France opened the Women's World Cup with a one-sided 4-0 defeat of South Korea.

Eugenie Le Sommer's 11th goal in her last 11 appearances for France in all competitions gave the tournament hosts an early lead in Paris.

Before half-time a pair of towering Renard headers made it 3-0 to Corinne Diacre's side, who are among the favourites to win the tournament, allowing them to ease off after the interval.

But with six minutes to go France wrapped things up in superb style, Amandine Henry scoring from outside the penalty area to send a strong message to their World Cup rivals.

*Man Utd♦ Offer New Contract to Juan Mata📝*

Manchester United have offered a new deal to Juan Mata as Ander Herrera and Antonio Valencia head the list of players leaving the club.

Mata, who joined from Chelsea in January 2014, has been linked with a free transfer abroad.

But the former Valencia and Chelsea midfielder has been handed the chance to sign fresh terms by United, meaning he could yet extend his time at Old Trafford.

James Wilson and Regan Poole, who have both previously played first-team football, are among those to be departing United after spending the 2018-19 campaign out on loan.

And United have officially said goodbye to Herrera and club captain Valencia following the expiration of their contracts.

Also leaving are DJ Buffonge, Tyrell Warren, Matty Willock, Callum Whelan, James Thompson, Thomas Sang, Zak Dearnley, Matthew Olosunde, Callum Gribbin, Millen Baars and Joshua Bohui.

*Ramos Sets New Record in 🇪🇸Spain's Win Over Faroe Islands

Sergio Ramos has set a new international record in Spain's 4-1 victory over the Faroe Islands in Friday's European Championship qualifying clash.

The Real Madrid defender went into the game tied with former Spain and Blancos team-mate Iker Casillas in international wins, with 121 since making his debut for the Roja back in 2005.

And with Friday's victory he now sits out on his own with 122 victories in 164 appearances, setting a new benchmark in the history of international football.

Ramos himself set Spain on the way to victory, opening the scoring with a goal after just five minutes.

Jesus Navas widened the visitors' advantage to two goals shortly after, although the Faroes did hit back with their own strike on the half hour.

Any hopes of a famous upset, however, were short-lived. Teitur Gestsson netted past his own keeper to restore Spain's two-goal lead before Jose Gaya swooped for his side's fourth of the evening.

Friday's win is Spain's fourth consecutive international victory, having previously dispatched Bosnia & Herzegovina, Norway and Malta in successive outings.

*Eden Hazard⚡ Completes €100m Move to Real Madrid👑*

Chelsea star Eden Hazard has completed a move Real Madrid in a deal worth €100 million (£88m/$112m), and signed a contract through June 30, 2024, the La Liga club have announced.

It was reported the deal is worth a minimum €100m, but can rise to €140m (£124m/$146m) with incentives.

The club announced Hazard will be presented as a Madrid player on June 13.

The Blancos sent representatives to London earlier this week to meet with Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia, and Hazard has now officially made the move to Madrid after seven seasons at Chelsea.

With his contract at Stamford Bridge expiring at the end of the 2019-20 season and no progress made on an extension, Chelsea have accepted the need to cash in on their Belgian superstar this summer rather than let him walk for free.

*Suarez on Target🎯 as Uruguay Beat Panama

Luis Suarez marked his return from a knee injury with a brilliant goal in Uruguay's 3-0 win over Panama in an international friendly on Friday.

Suarez underwent knee surgery after Barcelona's Champions League exit last month and his return was a welcome sight for Uruguay ahead of the Copa America.

The star forward came on for the final half-hour in Montevideo, where he struck with a free-kick six minutes after being introduced to add to Maxi Gomez's first-half header.

Another substitute, Real Madrid midfielder Federico Valverde, sealed Uruguay's win with a fine strike.

Edinson Cavani also came off the bench for Uruguay, who open their Copa America campaign against Ecuador on June 16.

Chelsea Will Allow Sarri to Leave✈

*

Maurizio Sarri will be allowed to leave Chelsea next week and become Juventus manager, as per reports.

Sarri has told Chelsea he wants to return to Italy after one season in England and the club have said they will not stand in his way.

The 60-year-old has one year left on his contract - with the option of another year - but never felt comfortable living and working in England and was frustrated he did not have a close relationship with the decision-makers at Chelsea.

Chelsea had no plans to sack Sarri this summer but they do not want to keep someone who is unhappy.

What does GILF mean?

Many people know that MILF is short for "mother I'd like to f***," and it basically means a sexually attractive mom. A GILF is a grandmother I'd like to...you get the drift! GILF could also stand for Government Information Licensing Framework _(Australia)_ or Global Industry Leaders Forum, but that's probably not the definition you want!

how long does it take for symptoms of syphilis gonorrhea to appear after sex🤔?

The first symptom of syphilis is a small painless sore on your genital area that appears about 3 weeks after infection. Many people don't notice this sore. The second symptom occurs several weeks later - a painless rash all over your body, after which you may be symptomless for years. Gonorrhea symptoms can appear 2 to 30 days after infection and could include cloudy discharge, painful urination, itching or pain in your genitals/abdomen, bleeding between periods, etc...but beware! 15% of all men, and 80% of all women who are infected can be symptomless for years. Both untreated gonorrhea and syphilis can cause serious permanent damage. If you are sexually active, get checked for STIs regularly, even if you don't have any symptoms!

different ways of preventing pregnancy

Pregnancy occurs when the sperm fertilises the egg. So the way to prevent pregnancy is to prevent fertilisation. There are many ways to do this.
Rhythm method- This method relies on the menstrual cycle. If you do not have sexual intercourse around day 9 to day 19 of the cycle, you could avoid pregnancy. It is not very effective.

Abstinence, Withdrawal methods - Not having sex is the only sure way to avoid pregnancy. However, human nature does not permit abstinence. Some people try the withdrawal method where the penis is withdrawn just before ejaculation. That way, the semen falls outside the vagina. This method is also not very reliable.

Barrier methods - These methods work by preventing the sperm from being deposited in the vagina. Condoms, and Diaphragms are barrier contraceptives. These methods are highly effective if used correctly.

Hormonal methods - Hormonal pills or injections work by changing the levels of the reproductive hormones in the woman’s body. By doing so, they prevent ovulation, or release of the egg from the ovary.

Implants - Implants like Copper secreting devices or hormone secreting devices are placed in the uterus. These devices prevent the fertilised egg from implanting in the uterus. So even though fertilisation may occur, pregnancy will not proceed.

Surgical methods - Methods like tubectomy and vasectomy remove part of the tubes through which the egg or the sperm pass. This creates a block and they cannot reach the uterus.

Real Madrid Agree Hazard Fee With Chelsea

Eden Hazard is set to join Real Madrid after the Spanish club and Chelsea agreed a fee in the region of €100m (£88.5m) plus add-ons.

Hazard said after Chelsea won the Europa League final against Arsenal that “I think it is a goodbye, but in football you never know”. At that point Real and Chelsea had not agreed on a fee but on Wednesday night they did with the announcement set to follow in the next few days. The two clubs are now preparing the contracts to be signed.

The 28-year-old Belgian will leave Stamford Bridge after seven hugely successful years at the club, winning the Premier League twice, one FA Cup and two Europa League titles.

The Chelsea manager, Maurizio Sarri, who is also expected to depart, said after the game against Arsenal that he had known about Hazard’s desire to leave for some time. “As you know, Hazard is a wonderful player, but you have to spend two or three months to understand him as a man,” he said. “But when you are able to understand him as a man, he’s a wonderful man. I knew Eden wanted to leave. But I wanted to respect his decision.”

Hazard had one year left on his contract and ruled out joining another English club in the buildup to the Europa League final, saying: “No chance, no chance. I am a Blue. It means a lot to me. I cannot play for another club in this country.”

*Neymar⚡ Ruled Out of Copa America🙆*

Neymar has been ruled out of Brazil's 2019 Copa America campaign after rupturing ankle ligaments in a friendly against Qatar on Wednesday.

The Paris Saint-Germain star started in a front three alongside Richarlison and Gabriel Jesus as Brazil began preparations for this summer's South American tournament.

But Neymar was forced out after just 21 minutes after suffering an apparent right ankle injury in a tackle.

The Brazil star was seen crying on the bench after suffering the injury and was helped down to the dressing room with the assistance of team personnel.

Neymar was replaced by Everton Soares in the Brazil lineup and the CBF has confirmed Neymar has suffered a twisted ankle.

*CAF Champions League Final to be Replayed😳*

The second leg of the African Champions League final will be replayed after the original fixture was abandoned and the match awarded to Esperance of Tunisia when Wydad Casablanca left the pitch following a disputed decision.

The Confederation of African Football’s executive committee, meeting in Paris on the fringes of the Fifa congress, decided on Wednesday to restage the match at a neutral ground in a decision that could spark an immediate legal challenge.

Wydad Casablanca refused to play on after having a 59th-minute effort disallowed in the return leg of the final in Tunis last Friday.

The VAR system was not working and after a delay of almost two hours the match was awarded to the home side Esperance, who were handed the trophy and winners’ medals.

The first leg in Casablanca on 25 May ended 1-1 and Esperance were 1-0 up in the return a week later when Wydad thought they had equalised, only for the referee to signal for offside.

That sparked protests that continued for around 90 minutes before the game was eventually called off in scenes that bordered on the farcical, with even the Caf president, Ahmad Ahmad, coming down to the side of the pitch to try and resolve the matter without success.

No official announcement, or explanation for the decision, was immediately made by Caf. But committee members and the two clubs confirmed the decision.

Esperance are expected to appeal against the ruling, club officials said on Wednesday.

*📰NB85: Nigerian Army Bans🚷 ‘Okada’ in Niger state and other six States*

The Nigerian Army on Sunday announced ban on the use of motorcycles in the North West region.

It said the ban under exercise HARBIN KUNAMA which seeks to wipe out banditry, kidnapping and other criminal activities in the zone, affects Kaduna, Kano, Kebbi, Kastina, Sokoto, Zamfara and Niger states.

The Army said it would not tolerate the use of motorcycles within the hinterland, particularly around the forests where the armed bandits and kidnappers hibernate.

It called on the government of the affected states to enforce the order in their respective states in conjunction with the security agencies.

Acting spokesman, Colonel Sagir Musa, in a statement said: “The Nigerian Army over time has observed the use of motorcycles by armed bandits, kidnappers, criminal elements and their collaborators as enablers to perpetrate their heinous crimes especially in the states within the north-west geopolitical zone of the country.

“This informed the decision and directive to ban the use of motorcycles within the hinterland particularly around the forests where the armed bandits, criminals and kidnappers hibernate and all around where troops are conducting operations alongside other security agencies.

“While this may cause some inconveniences to some law-abiding citizens in the area, the need to use all means possible to stop the dastardly activities of these bandits across the North West part of Nigeria needs no emphasis.

“The general public, particularly in the North West and some parts of North Central in Nigeria where Exercise HARBIN KUNAMA is ongoing are enjoined to bear with the NA as concerted efforts are being made to combat the insecurity menace ongoing within the area.”
