How do you deal with doubts that come with a fresh start?

How do you deal with doubts that come with a fresh start?

A new start can overwhelm anyone because you do not know how things will progress. You are afraid you will lose as you are unsure of your potential.

When we begin anything new, whether it is a relationship, job or a new venture, we want things to work out. Even with our best efforts, we are not confident about how our future will unfold, but as we go on and things begin to run smoothly, we realize the strength we have and how much we can create with the power that we have unleashed.

If you want to achieve anything in life, you need to trust your potential. Keep going, t may seem hard to fly, but soon you realize you are touching the sky.

Is other people's life making you feel inadequate?

The feeling of being inadequate only comes when we compare our lives with others.

Most people live not to achieve what they truly want but to achieve something that can make them feel better than others. So no matter what they achieve in life, they always remain unsatisfied and discontent.

Never let others' life disappoint you. Appreciate your achievements, relationships, inner growth and strength. When you realise what you have, you will never feel any lack.

Are you on the right path in life?

The right path is the path of truth, a path led by our conscience. Anything we do against our conscience either turns into regrets of the past or hopelessness for the future.

When life brings us on a path, it is we who make a choice to follow it or not. Sometimes, we choose a particular path not because it is true but because it is very lucrative. We feel that a bit of wrongdoing won't make much difference, but our conscience remembers it and keep reminding us.

To live truly, led by your conscience. You will look forward to living every day of life and cherishing each moment of life you have lived.

Are you feeling strong enough?

You are strong, even though you may feel tired or broken. The only thing you must do is to keep trust in yourself.

Strong people don't have extraordinary strength; they just look at the positive side of life and, for every problem, try to find a way out. Sometimes, they may also face a big obstacle and feel exhausted. At that time, all they do is take a rest so that they can gather their strength again to continue. They may stop for a while but don't let their trust fall during this time.

To create strength within you, you need to trust yourself and the process of life. When you feel broken, pause and take time to rebuild yourself but don't give up on life.

Is your relationship losing its charm?

Keeping any relationship is a lifelong effort, but the effort needed is little and if you love that person, even making an effort for them gives pleasure and joy.

Apart from understanding, trust and support, people need to feel special in a relationship. This is where most relationships suffer. At the beginning of a relationship, we do anything and everything for each other, but after some time, we become too focused on ourselves that we forget about the needs of our loved ones.

Be there for your loved ones, involved in what matters to them, surprise them, gift them and express your love for them. Your relationship will remain full of vibrance.

How can self-confidence help to overcome the need for validation from others?

Being confident means that you rely on your own judgement about yourself. You acknowledge other people's opinions but don't make them a reason for disappointment.

When you lack self-confidence, you become dependent on other people's, opinion, judgement and suggestions to lead your own life. You become so reliant on them that everything you do is about pleasing them. When other people decide how you need to behave, act or live, you start living the life they want, not what you want.

Feel confident in yourself, no matter what others think of you. Take note of only those you know genuinely wish well for you, and ignore those who don't add value to you.

Does being kind make you strong?

Kindness can change someone’s life, but making a positive change you may deal with people who are harsh, unkind and want to bring you down.

Being kind is a great attribute because it is the way we give back to the world but at times some people might consider your kindness as your weakness and try to suppress you. In such a situation, you must not let others take undue advantage of you and not give up to them. We need to be kind but at the same time strong enough so that we don’t lose our self esteem.

Help others but remember you also need to help yourself. To help yourself, you must never accept wrong and take a stand against anything that affects your dignity.

“There is comfort in being the real you; it is effortless”.

Being real means that you accept who you are. Once you accept yourself, you don’t have to make any effort to fit in.

Sometimes you want to be a part of a group or company, but your ideas and values don’t match them. You feel you may get left out, looked down upon and mocked, so you choose to give up on your real self.

For some time, you enjoy being a part of them but slowly realise that you have become someone else. You are always afraid that people will know the truth, and your true identity might become known, so you are always distressed.

If ever you face such a situation, when someone or something demands giving up on your real self, however hard it may seem, choose to walk away. You will never regret your decision.

Don't ever marry out of pressure, don't marry because it's late and suitors are scarce

IF YOU ARE SINGLE, READ THIS AND THANK GOD .

That's a question only you can give answer to.....

No one else can tell you if someone you are in a relationship with is actually meant for you, except you.

Marriage is not predestined, marriage is by choice.

And in making this choice, you have to look within you, find out who you are, what you want in life and then the values you cherish.

It is upon these things that you decide whom to marry. If for example you cant take smoking, it's already defined that you shouldn't marry a smoker, no matter the odds. If you know you love staying close to God always, don't even accept someone who thinks otherwise. These are just examples, the most important thing is for you to look within you. Are you truly satisfied within you that you should go ahead with this person,or you are having doubts but ignoring it out of pressure?

Don't ever marry out of pressure, don't marry because it's late and suitors are scarce. Don't marry because you want to be relieved of your burden. Marry someone you know will help you fulfill purpose. Your purpose is that thing you love doing. Anything that stops your purpose will stop your life. Don't marry someone that will make you a housewife and then you can't go out and pursue purpose. Most people ignore these only to regret after marriage, and once married, you have entered..

How does an encouraging person add to our strength?

People who encourage us are the ones who are true to us because they want us to try, succeed and feel accomplished.

People around us, whether a spouse, sibling, friend, parent or any other family member, can greatly influence how we feel. An encouraging partner gives us confidence ad strength, while someone who always discourages us can bring our morale down and make us give up on our dreams.

Be an encourager. Help your loved one achieve what they want to. Be there with them, support them and make them feel capable.

How do you welcome every new day of life?

A new day of life brings new hope. The efforts that you put in yesterday might turn into reality on this new day.

When you wake up to the new day thinking of past problems, grudges with people and difficulties you faced, you make your mind unenthusiastic, so it doesn't find any reason to be happy and hopeful. The day seems to drag, and you see no purpose in your day. When you welcome it with enthusiasm and joy, you will feel happy, manage situations easily and create possibilities from every little opportunity.

Every day is a day of possibility. If there is a possibility, there is hope that no matter how hard it may have been, things can change, and dreams may transform into reality today. Stay hopeful.

Dr Bhawna Gautam

Why should you never let fear control your life?

Fear is thinking of what can go wrong and being afraid of that happening. It can be a result of a past experience or an anxious mind.

There are times in life when we want to do something, but we are fearful that we will lose. We keep thinking about it, which adds more to our anxiety, and when it becomes excessive, we don’t even make an effort to try even once.

Don’t let fear stop you from achieving your goals. Think positive, plan, accept and give it a go. If you don't try, you will never know the result.

Do you get inspired by successful people?

We all do. This is because we not only get influenced by their courage and strength life but we get reminded of how tough of a person we ourselves are.

There are times in life when we feel as if we can’t make our dreams come true but then we look at those people who had overcome many challenges in life to be successful in achieving their dreams. In that moment, we gather our strength again to keep going. Such people become our role model and we look up to them.

Learn and be inspired from those who have shown extraordinary strength in life. If you have achieved success, inspire and be a good role models for others.

How much does someone's past matter to you?

Past is a reflection of a person's attitude, behaviour and understanding of life at that point in time. A person's past may be full of mistakes, but it doesn't mean that people don't change.

As life advances and people experience life, people develop maturity and a better understanding of both life and relationships. They are able to make a better judgement of what is right or wrong. At this stage, when they are trying to improve and grow, if you belittle them, it either breaks their confidence or prevents them from adopting better habits and lifestyles.

Always support and encourage those who want to improve. If they are willing to move on, don't hold them in their past.

Dr Bhawna Gautam

Does true success make one humble?

Success is not just about the material achievements but about the kind of person you become in the process of achieving them.

Many people become arrogant and boastful when they achieve wealth, status or power. Such people actually look for others to validate their success. A person who feels truly successful becomes self-reliant and humble because they have understood that achieving anything in life takes time and effort. They think material achievement can be lost anytime, so it can't make anyone truly successful.

To become truly successful, you have to be the one who can inspire people with their presence. If you roar about it, you are unsure about your own success.

Dr Bhawna Gautam

Are you looking for healing?

Healing begins from within. Every time we get hurt, the body wants to heal itself, but when we keep grudges and resentment or hold ourselves back, we delay the healing process.

Some situations or events in our lives can leave us deeply wounded. When the wound is deep, we find it hard to forgive and let go. At times, we even want to revert to them with unkind behaviour. The more we hold on to what had hurt us, the more we feel the pain.

Let go and open your heart to forgiveness, love and kindness. You will find it doesn't hurt the same way.

Dr Bhawna Gautam

Does our approach to any challenge influence the outcome?

Challenges keep coming up in our life in various ways and forms. How we choose to deal with them decides how we feel about them.

The same challenge may affect people differently. If you see the challenge as a loss, end or defeat, you will see it as the most difficult part of life. You may feel anxious, stressed and give up. But, if you see it as a way to learn, improve and gain, you will look for ways to get past it. You can do this once you cultivate your inner strength.

To create inner strength, you need to keep trust in the life process. Accept it as a part of life, learning and growth. Find ways to ease your mind, reset and restore. Above all, keep faith that there is a bigger reason behind every situation we face.

Dr Bhawna Gautam

Do you give wholeheartedly?

The true meaning of giving and receiving is when we do it from our heart. Giving and helping others is more meaningful when you do it silently. If you make people realise and remind them what you have done for them or expect them to return that help, it becomes a trade.

If someone has ever supported you and been with you in your difficult times, always remember those people. Not many people will be with you when you really need them. These people are your genuine well-wishers. When they need you, be there for them. Not because they helped you, but because they are true to you.

Be a silent giver and when you receive, be grateful for it.

Dr Bhawna Gautam

Why should we not measure success in terms of one's financial status?

Success means to grow and progress in life. While wealth is often considered a measure of success, wealth can be lost. What truly makes us successful is when we utilise the lessons learnt to grow, improve and evolve so we can balance different aspects of our life.

When people make a lot of money, everyone feels they have achieved success. What most people fail to see is if that wealth is accompanied by sleepless nights, compromised relationships, health and well-being.

Focus on your goal, even if the goal is to become wealthy, but don't forget that unless you grow from within, improve yourself, value people in your life, and become content, you won't know the true meaning of success.

Dr Bhawna Gautam

If you were born this month or celebrating a special occasion, you have every reason to smile, and so do those who celebrate your day with you.

Adding a smile to your face not only makes you look beautiful but also adds beauty to your life. When you carry a smile, you feel positive, youthful, hopeful and approachable. With a positive mindset, you are able to deal with every situation of life with much ease.

So think positive, act gracefully and live happily; you will add more years to your life.

Best wishes πŸ₯³

How does silence help us to restore our inner peace?

Silence gives us time with ourselves to understand what we truly desire in life. Unless our inner desires are met, no matter what we do, we remain unsettled.

At times, we get so carried away with the material world that we don't realise how far we have gone from ourselves. To have more in life, we give ourselves up entirely to the world outside. Our conscience keeps reminding us of our inner needs, but the noise around us is too much to hear that subtle voice. When we achieve material comfort but remain unsatisfied, that noise becomes unease; that's when we get drawn toward the silence of life.

Give time to yourself, and listen to what you truly want to do in life. Once the soul is satisfied, you will find peace in life.

Dr Bhawna Gautam

Are your thoughts contributing positively to your life?

Our life is largely dependent upon our thoughts. With so many thoughts generating every moment, it is important to only keep those that help us to grow, evolve and broaden our perspective of life.

Our thoughts are influenced by what we read, hear, see and speak. With so many different sources of information, one needs to be careful of what stays in mind. Involving in purposeless conversations, gossip, provoking texts, and material that imparts negativity only makes us see the negative aspect of life and limits self-growth.

Filter out the thoughts that come to your mind. Think if it is adding any meaning to your life, are you learning anything from it, is it helping you to grow and achieve, and does your conscious agree with it? If not, you need to release it and free your mind.

Dr Bhawna Gautam

Do you acknowledge those who help you achieve success?

Success is a collective effort. You may have been the one to walk on the rough path, but without the help of your supporters and well-wishers, you wouldn't have made it happen.

When some people achieve success, they feel they deserve all the appreciation and applause. They avoid and ignore those who stood with them, encouraged and supported them because they want to gain all the attention. When you acknowledge and appreciate those who helped you, you always have people on your side, so even the toughest journey becomes easy.

Always appreciate those who help you achieve success. Without them, even you wouldn't shine this bright.

Dr Bhawna Gautam

How can we turn any criticism favourable for ourselves?

Criticism is often very hurtful because it brings out our shortcomings. Once we learn to deal with it, we can instead make it a reason to improve and become even better.

When someone points out our limitations, we feel we are incapable. It hurts even more if we have already tried our best. We shouldn’t let other people’s opinions bring our morale down; instead, if we find it useful, make changes and improve ourselves.

To deal with criticism, you need to trust yourself. People will always have something to say; take notice of the ones you feel can help you learn and improve.

Does our own perception actually decide how we feel about our situation?

When people go through similar situations, it is not necessary that they feel the same about what they face. Although one's personal environment, culture, and socioeconomic factors influence one's decisions and ability to make a judgement, happiness largely depends upon what one makes out of their situation.

People who stay happy in every situation find reasons to stay hopeful in life. They realise that life is full of many different experiences. They can't let every event affect them so that it affects their lives negatively, rather they try to look for ways to improve this experience.

Don't let any situation draw you down. Every situation has a brighter side, you just need to remind this to your mind.

Can an awakened mind lead the world towards the light?

An awakened mind is one that knows its purpose in life. On the journey to fulfill its purpose, it helps many others to realize their purpose in life, walking together in their own journeys for a common purpose of humanity.

There is a spirit of humanity in each one of us. Most of the time, we are so occupied in our own lives that we put human values aside. When we see someone trying to make a difference, we see it as our chance to contribute and we also become a part of their journey. So one mind awakens many others' minds and with this awakening, we all are able to bring a positive change in this world.

No matter who you are, where you are, and what you do, you can always take the lead to uplift humanity. You may begin alone but soon you will find there are many supporters.

Do difficult times bring us closer to our loved ones?

Do difficult times bring us closer to our loved ones?

Difficult times can set some apart, but people who are true to each other will find that their relationship becomes strong after the storm.

Being together means facing every situation of life together. When we face a challenging time with our partner, friend or other loved ones, we rely on each other for support. Once we get through the storm, we realise the strength of being together, which draws us further even more close.

Always support your loved ones, but in difficult times, be right next to them. The storm will pass, and your relationship will become strong.
