Is Gistsala a scam???

From victimized member

Fake Online Shopping Websites: You Buy The Item But Never Get It

Let's get into it. The first example of a fake online shopping website is the type of 'business' that has a great site with many good-looking products, whether they are electronics, gadgets, clothes, or accesories. It makes you buy an item but then - although you get a confirmation of your purchase - you will not get it delivered.
There have been some reports going on that Gistsala is a scam but this seemed to be a mission to dent their image but can this be judged with some of their claims

But is that the case of Gistsala??? Let's look on this platform belowaspx

*AS A MEMBER OF GISTSALA, BELOW ARE YOUR ESTIMATED EARNINGS WITHIN A WEEK*

*(100+600+350+350+7000+1000+1400+1050) = 11,850 (without referals)*

*_REMEMBER, It was all possible because of a token of #1500!!_*
     GISTSALA  ALL THE WAY🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑

From number 2, Gistsala don't post up to 40posts a day which when multiply by 7 will give total sum of 280posts,rather their posts are at the margin of 5-10.
But this is a false claim. News can be viewed in recent article folder and related article folder

Number 6,approval of a news/post usually take more than a week for a semi lucky ones while some have not been approved since they joined the platform.
Observed:mind the kind of news you are about to post and time, but the authors still need to enlighten members on this

7. Weekly give away bonus looks like a word of compliment to the members. Its hard to see the receiver
I think this cannot happen to all their customers. But if that's so,forward your complaint to the appropriate quarter and let the company be very sincere with their details.

What to Do If You’ve Been Scammed

As much as you try to avoid it, you might find yourself the victim of a scam. If this happens, report the scam with the Federal Trade Commission.

You might also report it with the Internet Crime Complaint Center, which takes reports on all kinds of scams. This will help other people to avoid becoming victims of the same scall

But Gistsala is not yet a scam until we conclude our investigations?

*Men in California Oversaw a Romance Scam That Targeted Women Worldwide, Feds Say*

In March 2016, a man claiming to be a US Army captain stationed in Syria reached out to a Japanese woman on an international site for digital pen pals.

Within weeks, their relationship grew into an internet romance with the man sending daily emails in English that she translated via Google. The man who called himself Terry Garcia asked for money -- lots of it -- from the woman identified as FK in federal court documents. Over 10 months, she sent him a total of $200,000 that she borrowed from friends, her ex-husband and other relatives to make her love interest happy.

But in reality, Garcia did not exist. It was all an international online scam ran by two Nigerian men in the Los Angeles area with the help of associates in their home country and other nations, federal officials say.

And Thursday, US prosecutors charged 80 people -- mostly Nigerians -- in the widespread conspiracy that defrauded at least $6 million from businesses and vulnerable elderly women.

Of those, 17 people have been arrested in the US so far and federal investigators are trying to track down the rest in Nigeria and other nations.

Iranian forces seized the Iraqi ship for "smuggling fuel for some Arab countries" and detained seven sailors, according to the reports.

The incident comes amid heightened tensions after the US tightened sanctions on Iran's oil sector.

U.S. Defense Secretary Mark Esper said at last weekend’s meetings that he wanted to deploy intermediate-range conventional missiles at various Asia-Pacific sites within months.

The move follows the Trump administration’s withdrawal from a Cold War-era arms control treaty with Russia. It also comes in the wake of Chinese military expansion in the Asia-Pacific and is likely to anger Beijing.

Australian Defense Minister Linda Reynolds said Monday that while the locations for the missile bases were not yet known, Australia would not be one of them. She said Mr. Esper made no such request, and no such request was expected from the U.S.

*Indonesia🇮🇩 Blackout🔦: Huge Outage Hits👉 Jakarta and Surrounding Area*

Power has been mostly restored to Indonesia's capital Jakarta, and nearby cities, 12 hours after a huge blackout began on Sunday.

The outage hit tens of millions of people, and Jakarta's newly-opened metro system was evacuated. Mobile phone networks were also affected.

The failure was caused by technical issues, state power company PLN said.

Nearly 10 million people live in Jakarta, and some 20 million in the surrounding cities.

Outages also hit neighbouring provinces, home to tens of millions more.

The disruption began at midday on Sunday local time (05:00 GMT), and power was slowly being restored nine hours on.

The city's international airport was unaffected, while hospitals used backup power generators.

Traffic lights switched off in some areas of the capital, however, worsening congestion in a city notorious for traffic.

*Zuma Threatens to Reveal More ANC🤫 ‘Secrets’*

Former President Jacob Zuma has threatened to reveal more ANC “secrets” if his detractors don’t back off.

Zuma on Friday addressed hundreds of supporters from a stage in Pieter Roos Park after his appearance at the Zondo commission. He was in a threatening mood.

“Some say this old man is angry,” he said. “All I’m saying is people must be very careful. When I say, I will say things about them - I mean it.”

He warned his detractors that he would reveal information about more “spies” in the ruling party, after claiming his former Cabinet ministers Siphiwe Nyanda and Ngoako Ramatlhodi were double agents in the apartheid era.

Ramaphosa to Study Mkhwebane’s Report Before📢 Announcing Action*

*

President Cyril Ramaphosa’s office says the Public Protector’s report on the Bosasa African National Congress (ANC) election donation is defective in law and fact but he studies the report before announcing a course of action.

Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane has found that Ramaphosa deliberately misled parliament when he said in November last year that the R500,000 donation was a payment to his son for services rendered.

The president later corrected that statement by acknowledging that it was in fact a donation to the fund which supported his efforts to be elected in 2017 as president of the governing party.

Advocate Mkhwebane found that president Ramaphosa violated provisions of the executive ethics code by deliberately misleading parliament.

The presidency’s Khusela Diko says Ramaphosa identified deficiencies in law and fact in the preliminary report but these were not included in the final report.

*The Media Is Busy🛫 Saying I Travel a Lot, But Look at What I Bring:🗣 ED*

President Emmerson Mnangagwa has claimed that his trips are yielding positive results.

The president has been criticised for his globetrotting behaviour which some quarters of society have likened to that of his predecessor, Robert Mugabe.

Mnangagwa has come under fire particularly for hiring luxurious planes “when the country’s economy is at its knees”.

Addressing the ZANU PF’s Women’s League yesterday, Mnangagwa defended his travels yesterday saying they have unlocked doors for partnership.

He said:

_The media is busy saying I travel a lot. But look (at) what I bring. On Monday or so, we shall be receiving more medicines from the Arabs. They are giving us for free._

The luxurious jet Mnangagwa has been hiring, the luxury Royal Jet A6-RJX, is believed to cost between US$10 000 and US$30 000 per hour. News Day observes that the president has since July the 6th this year more than seven times. This brings the total expenses to about US$1 million.

Some analysts have argued that the president could save the money and invest in other bleeding sectors.

The opposition MDC which is not amused has called for investigations into the trips. MDC secretary for international relations, Gladys Hlatywayo, said that it boggles the mind to think that it is actually happening considering the state of the economy. She said:

A thorough investigation must be made into these trips, something is just not adding up and there could be more than meets the eye!

*Ghana🇬🇭 Meteorological Agency Meets👉 ISO International Standards*

The Ghana Meteorological Agency (GMA) has been certified with the ISO9001: 2015 by the Certification Group in the United Kingdom (UK), making it the best weather forecast institution in West Africa.

Being recognised officially with ISO9001: 2015 means that the GMA’s systems have been independently and impartially assessed and audited and met the defined requirements of ISO International Standards.

ISO Standards are recognised internationally and are used as a respected and trusted bench mark for standardising services, processes, regulations and productions all over the world.

At a media briefing in Accra, the Lead Auditor from the UK Certification Group’s International Register, Mr Dean Moriarty, said the recognition would allow the operations of the GMA to be accepted internationally.

He said the group from the UK undertook two weeks of intensive auditing and quality management exercises and went through documents, reports and also examined other materials of the GMA in accordance with international standards.

In addition, Mr Moriarty said a series of surveys were conducted including checks and interviews with the general public which confirmed that the GMA followed the due processes of ISO9001: 2015 standards.

*Nigerians Jittery as Trump Begins⚠ Raid of Illegal Immigrants*

There are indications that some Nigerians may be affected in the ongoing raids on undocumented aliens ordered by the United States President, Mr Donald Trump.

It reported that ICE agents were targeting at least 2,000 immigrants for deportation across 10 major cities and could also sweep up immigrants who were not the initial targets.

The NYT recalled that Trump had on June 17 tweeted that the following week, ICE would begin removing "millions" of undocumented immigrants from the US.

A resident of Texas, who craved anonymity, said her Nigerian neighbour was invited for interrogation , but was quick to add that most Nigerians in the US were documented.

New Orleans is also on the list, but the city tweeted last week that US ICE said it would suspend operations through last weekend in areas hit by Tropical Storm Barry, which weakened to a tropical depression Sunday.

*'Mind-Man Climbs on Airplane✈ Wing Moments Before Take off in Lugo's

A man has been filmed climbing onto the wing of a passenger plane moments before takeoff.

The man, who’s since been arrested, was filmed at Nigeria’s busiest airport in the city of Lagos much to the horror of passengers on board Friday (local time).

Federal Aviation Authority of Nigeria spokeswoman Henrietta Yakubu said the Azman Air plane had been waiting for clearance from air traffic controllers.

She added it taxied back for a “thorough check” before departing for Port Harcourt about 600km southeast.

It was not clear how the man reached the plane or what his intention was.

However, passenger Otto Orondaam, who shared two videos of the incident with his 84,000 Instagram followers claims the man appeared from a bush.

One video shows the man on the wing while the other shows him sitting inside an engine.

“He looks like a mad person,” one man says.

Others are out of their seats, peering out the window as the man walks about and climbs atop the wing.

The spine-tingling, soul-lifting spire and roof of Notre Dame Cathedral were reduced to ash Monday, as a catastrophic fire spread through a building that has embodied the heart of Paris for more than 800 years.

"I tell you solemnly tonight: We will rebuild this cathedral," he vowed. "Notre Dame of Paris is our history," Macron continued, emphasizing the structure's unique place in the national imagination. "The epicenter of our lives. It's the many books, the paintings, those that belong to all French men and French women, even those who've never come."
