Control of my anger

One of the greatest things you can learn is how to be in control when angry.

As long as you are human, you will get angry, that's for sure, offenses must come, even from well meaning friends and family, the difference is how in control you can be once angry.

That is, being angry and YET being fully in control of what you SAY and DO or DON'T DO. 

Few People have mastered this act. 

A lot of People once angry lose it completely.

They'll say and do stuff they'll not say or do on a normal day, stuff they'll later APOLOGIZE for and the ones they'll REGRET. 

Many People are in Prison for murder because of this.

Many beautiful Relationships and Marriages were ruined by inability to control anger. 

Are you a highly temperamental Person?

Once angry, you can say anything, even the one's you aren't supposed to, you will say all. 

Once you vex, there's no holding you, team volcanic eruption. You will break TV, fling your phone, shove people

Work on Yourself.

Learn how to be angry and yet calm. That's Maturity.

How to detach what you chose to do at that time (ACTION) from your emotional state (EMOTION), otherwise, you will spoil something..
Be Proactive, not Reactive.

Anger is not a Talent.
