FOR ALL MARRIED COUPLES ~

I told my wife to follow me to somewhere and I drove off to SPAR on Azikiwe road. I did not even tell her that we are going to SPAR When we got there, she exploded

"Do you have money? What are we doing here? I said "just follow me and pick anything you want."

Right inside SPAR, I picked a cart and wheeled it behind her. "Pick anything you want baby."

See women o! Na so she dey pick, pick, pick.

The cart was full. Then she picked her own cart too, and in minutes, her cart was full too. I picked the bill, almost N86,000. As we were going out of the mall, something struck her ... "You did not buy yourself anything! she wondered" "Ah, I have no cash left i said. Let us go home ..."

"No, I have some money she said. Let's go back and pick what you want. So we went back. My wife picked a bill of N42k for me alone.

Now, you know I never knew my wife had money on her? But she brought it out and spent it on me because I had impressed her. My man, Impress your wife, she will spring surprises on you.

Now look at this again: when I scrutinised all we bought with my N86k, hardly was there anything strictly for her. Almost everything we bought were things we used at home and for the children. But when it was her turn to buy for me, I bought things for MYSELF! Shaving cream, boxers, stockings, slippers, DVDs, singlets, my kind of wine, (understand?) etc. Things me alone use!

It taught me a great lesson:

Most women are good. Most women are not greedy when they are in love. All they want is show them you love them, and they will surprise you.

You will not fail in marriage in Jesus name

DIRIMENT IMPEDIMENTS TO MARRIAGE IN THE CATHOLIC CHURCH, CHAPTER II

A diriment impediment renders a person unqualified to contract marriage validly. Diriment originates from Latin, dirimere to hinder, to stop, or to eliminate.

Public and Occult Impediments:
An impediment is public if there are witnesses who are aware of the facts and are ready to testify to it or there are documents to prove its existence.  Hence, if an impediment is not public it will be occult.

IMPEDIMENTS IN THE CHURCH, SECTION B

ABDUCTION:
No marriage can exist between a man and a woman who has been abducted or at least detained with a view of contraction marriage with her unless the woman choose marriage of her own accord after she has been separated from the captor and established in a safe and free place.

The essential elements that lead to impediments are: the person abducted must be a woman, the abduction is done against the will of the person, and the motive is for marriage

CRIME:
Anyone who with a view to entering marriage with a certain person has brought about the death of that person’s spouse or of one’s own spouse invalidly attempts this marriage

CONSANQUINITY:
Consanguinity is about true blood relationship between persons. A marriage is never permitted to exist here

AFFINITY:
Affinity is based on valid marriage and exists between a spouse and the blood relations of the other spouse. Marriage cannot validly exist between the man and blood relation of the woman or between the woman and blood relation of the man because they are related by affinity

Note that brothers and sisters of the man are not related to the brothers and sisters of the woman by affinity. It is only the married party who is related to the blood relatives of one he or she marries.

PUBLIC PROPRIETY:
Impediment arises from an invalid marriage established from notorious public concubinage. Marriage is prohibited in the direct line and only in the first degree which means that a man will not marry the daughter of his spouse (whether married or not) born to her in her previous marriage/union

LEGAL RELATIONSHIP:
Once a legal relationship has taken place according to civil law, an impediment to canonical valid marriage arises between the adopted persons. It prohibits marriage between a person and his or her adopted parent and between adopted brothers and sisters.

DIRIMENT IMPEDIMENT TO MARRIAGE IN THE CHURCH: CHAPTER 1

A diriment impediment renders a person unqualified to contract marriage validly. Diriment originates from Latin, dirimere to hinder, to stop, or to eliminate.

Public and Occult Impediments:
An impediment is public if there are witnesses who are aware of the facts and are ready to testify to it or there are documents to prove its existence.  Hence, if an impediment is not public it will be occult.

IMPEDIMENTS IN THE CHURCH:

1. AGE:
Though generally acceptable age in most countries is 18; according to cannon law 1083: a man before he has completed his sixteenth year of age and a woman before she has completed her fourteen year of age cannot enter into a valid marriage, these ages are subject to law governing a particular diocese or even a particular state

2. PHYSICAL IMPOTENCE:
To constitute an impediment, impotence must be antecedent (before) marriage and perpetual (permanent/lasting forever).
Antecedent and perpetual impotence to have intercour** whether on the part of the man or the woman, whether absolute or relative nullifies the marriage

The impediment of impotence consists in the inability of a man or a woman to complete normally a sexu** intercour**.

The counterpart of impotence is potency, which is the capacity to perform an act for the generation of offspring. Potency consists of erection of the peni*, penetration of vagin*, and ejaculation. For the woman, she has to possess the vagin* and the capacity to receive peni*.

3. PREVIOUS MARRIAGE:
A person bound by the bond of a prior marriage, even if it was not consummated, cannot validly contract another marriage/invalidly attempt marriage

4. DISPARITY OF RELIGION:
A marriage between two persons, one of whom has been baptized in the Catholic Church or received into it and the other of whom is not baptized is invalid. An impediment exists here because it touches the ability of the Catholic party to practice the faith with devotion and to raise the children according to Catholic doctrines.

5. SACRED ORDERS:
Impediment flows from the law of celibacy and holds for bishops, priests, and deacons.

6. PUBLIC PERPETUAL VOW:
Persons who have taken a public perpetual vow of chastity in a religious institute invalidly attempts marriage

🎀BEARING TRUE WITNESS TO GOD...

⏰Thursday Within the Octave of Easter (04 April 2024)

πŸ“–Acts 3:1-10; Ps 105:1-2, 3-4, 6-7, 8-9 (R.v.3b); Luke 24:13-35

🎀BEARING TRUE WITNESS TO GOD...

"To God be glory forever and ever" (Gal 1:5).

After the healing of the lame man at the Beautiful Gate (Acts 3:1ff), the apostles must have become instant VIPs, but that did not get into their heads. They still remembered that it was through the name of Jesus that they were able to do it and informed the people so (cf. Acts 3:12ff).

How many times do we remember to channel back the glory sincerely to God after we have prayed for people and they got their healing? Or even assisted people in charity; do we remember that every good and perfect gift we have comes from God (James 1:17)?

The greatest gift that we have however is the gift of faith, and this too we must hand on in the name of Jesus as witnesses to all things that were said about him and all that he did and all that happened about him (cf. Luke 24:48).

As we go on doing so, we are sure that Jesus would be handy enough to encourage us and clarify our doubts (see Luke 24:35-48).

May God assist us to remember always that He is our source, and when we cut off from him, we can do nothing (John 15:5). Amen.

Have a beautiful day in union with God. Peace be with you.

Mr Allen Onyema strategy

Air Piece to own well over 60 Air planes, worth well over N20 Trillion

One of the questions asked Mr Allen Onyema of Air Peace was if he had considered what made other Nigeria Airline flying this new London route fail.

He said something about the National countries and their aviation frustrating you through you "Wet Lease" company and how they were asked to partner for Wet Lease and he refused. He wanted Air Peace to own legitimately the rights to enter.

In my last post, I mentioned him saying they were buying 33 more planes and some people tried to knock it off saying the planes are not owned but are on lease.

Initially, he had mentioned he bought 3 Boeing 777.

I decided to extract the following statements he made for clarity

"The other foreign companies lease their planes, wet lease and dry lease.

Give it to Nigerian Air lines, we own our planes

I own over thirty something planes and I have about 33 orders made and paid for on the line coming and at the end of the day, Air Peace will be owning over 60 air crafts....." - Mr Allen Onyema.

My followers ,now that we have eliminated the area of lease, can we now agree that some people really have money?

If you want to take the side of Other People's Money "OPM", you will have to be a courageous business beast to take over N13 Trillion from people with the hope to pay at an interest rate within a period of time.

Nathaniel Bassey, has petitioned

NEWS: Gospel minister, Nathaniel Bassey, has petitioned the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, to investigate and prosecute four persons whom he accused of criminal defamation and cyberstalking.

The singer submitted the petition to the IGP on April 1, 2024, through his lawyers, Peter Abraham, Uche Matthew, Gbenga Agunloye, and Anthony Abia.

Last week, four social media users alleged that Bassey fathered the son of a fellow popular gospel singer, an allegation that went viral on X.

The lawyers, therefore, urged the police authorities to urgently treat the petition against the four social media users, identified in the petition as Okoronkwo Ejike, Kingsley Ibeh, Terrence Ekot and Dj Spoiltkid.

“Our client is a gospel music minister whose songs and ministrations have impacted the lives of so many from different walks of life across the globe,” the petition partly read.
