Do stressful times reveal the true personality of a person?

 


We may have known or met someone many times but may not know their true personality because when we meet people during happy times, they present their best behaviour.

Undoubtedly, stress can lead to anger and frustration, and a person may deviate from their normal behaviour, but such deviation is often minor and temporary. Some people become so agitated that they become harsh, impolite and disrespectful.

No matter the situation, one needs to learn to deal with their problems rather than blaming or putting others down. The stressful time won't last, but the damage to the relationship because of your behaviour could be long-term.

Is there a reason to be hopeful in life?

 


Being hopeful means that you believe there will be an end to your adversity, and you will see better days.

Sometimes we face difficulty in every front of our life. These challenging times in life can be very distressing, especially if they are accompanied by huge losses. It may appear as an end of everything, but we must remember everything that begins also ends. We must never give up hope.

If you are feeling hopeless, hold on to your faith and don't lose trust in life. Try your best to do what you can and if you don't feel things are under your control, just wait for the new season, it may take time, but will surely come.

Is someone’s opinion making you question your self-worth?

 

 


Our self-worth is the value we give to ourselves. If we know we are valuable, what others think of us shouldn’t matter.

When people talk negative about us, we often lose our self-confidence. This is because we trust their opinion more than our own. Once we trust ourselves completely, their opinion doesn’t matter to us anymore. The less we get affected, the more powerless they become.

Trust yourself. Your self-confidence is your greatest strength. Never let anyone take that away from you.

Are you feeling too weak to continue?

 


Some setbacks can make us very weak and fragile. However hard it may seem, you always have the strength to overcome them.

Some experiences of life can be very painful. They break us down internally and lower our energy and motivation, making us think that giving up is our only choice. Whenever you doubt yourself, just look back at your life, those difficult situations and the strength you showed at that time.

Always remember your past chapters of strength and courage. They will motivate you to gather your strength and put yourself together so you can slowly take the step forward.

Is there always a solution to our problem?

 


Any situation can become a problem the way we deal with it.

People deal with situations differently. Either they look at their problem, talk about it all the time and think of every possible way it can get worse, they look for a way to resolve it or ignore it completely. The way you handle your life situations greatly influences your level of comfort in life. To feel comfortable in every situation, you need to have a problem-solving approach.

Don't get trapped by your problems. Think of every possible solution to your situation, and try each one out. As you try, you will come up with more ideas. Talk to family, friends and people who might have been in a similar situation. Be patient, keep your trust and try your best.
