Don't Pretend You Don't Know!

We went for grandmother's burial ceremony several years ago when I was still a single lady. And one of my male cousins started touching me in a funny way. I studied how he was moving close and close.

And every where I was during the few days we spent at home, he must be with me. Despite he was my first cousin, I saw lust all over him. I did not pretend that I didn't notice.

I called him to order! He was ashamed but I had to let him know that sexual feelings towards your relative is out of place.

If I pretend I didn't take note it may not end well. Stop lust as early as you notice one. A lot of ladies were sexually abused by their very close relatives. And of course they might have been touched carelessly by these same relatives without complain to their guardian or parents.

Most times you pretend you didn't notice someone throwing passes at you. You laugh at his or her frequent stupid lustful jokes. This is the same person who eventually abused you sexually or made you fell into temptation. When you are faced with lustful people be frank to say No to their sexual advances.

What people feel sometimes is LUST and not LOVE! Many are ruled with the spirit of lust. And when you come in contact with any of such people, you must be sensitive to know. You must also be sincere with yourself, and be sure you are not also ruled with same.

Lust is expressive through languages, choice of words in speech and chats , dressing, behaviours, looks, pictures, actions etc The bible says out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.

From choice of words, emojis, actions and behaviours, you can easily know where the journey is heading.

Naturally, the body is weak. Several people that are able to detect lust, still allow themselves to be trapped. At an instance of discovery, lust must not be given further attention. If not, one may be carried away.

When lust is not controlled it will give birth definitely to sin. "Then when lust hath conceived, it bring forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bring forth death" Jam 1:15

Is it the self-trust that you need to achieve your dreams?

Trusting yourself means that you believe you have the potential to make it happen, however difficult it may seem.

There are often two reasons we hold ourselves back. Either we doubt ourselves or our dreams. When we doubt ourselves, we are hesitant to make a move and everything we do, we are afraid, may turn out negative. When we feel that dreams are beyond our reach, we set a limit for our mind, beyond which we never try.

If you want to achieve in life, don't see your dreams as big or small and don't keep thinking about whether you can or cannot do it. Focus, put effort and believe. There is something you will surely achieve.

Do adjustments make a relationship last longer?

Adjustment in any relationship means that you accept that the other person won't always think, feel or act the same way, but you don't let it become a reason to create a difference between you two.

There is a rise in breakups because people are no longer willing to adjust. They feel everything has to be their way; if not, they are capable and independent enough to move on. We need to remember that people have different personalities, thinking and attitude toward life. As long as it doesn't compromise your health and well-being, every effort needs to be made to keep your relationship.

If you want a stable long-term relationship, keep yourself open to adjustment and communication to minimise the problems in your relationship.

A beautiful face has admirers, a beautiful heart has supporters”.

The arrangement of facial features in a certain way can make a person look more appealing. But, even then, not everyone may find it attractive the same way. The way we think, feel and act makes us attractive from within, and if the heart is beautiful, everyone feels connected to such a person and supports them.

At times, we find someone very attractive externally, but their behaviour and actions put us off while others draw us closer regardless of how they look. This is because looks might matter to some initially, but long-term relationships are only carried when one has empathy, understanding and compassion.

Look after your physical body, but don’t forget to look after your inner being. If you are looking for people to be with you, stand and support you in your life, you need a beautiful heart.

TIPS ON HOW NOT TO WASTE A LADY'S TIME

Dear Brother

1) Do not be in a hurry to ask her for a Relationship.

Start with Friendship.

During friendship, where there is no commitment whatsoever, where you can change your mind without any body feeling cheated, find out basic things like her genotype, her Family background, your denominational differences, her life's aspirations, character etc

~Don't date someone so you can study them.

Rather Study them to know if you can date them.~

This way if you don't like what you see, you can easily walk away without having taken even one week of her life.

2) Check First, and be sure that YOU CAN (by virtue of Your CAPACTY, Her CHARACTER, and the COMPATIBILITY between you two) and that YOU WILL (by virtue of a CONVICTION) marry her BEFORE you ask Her out for a Relationship.

NEVER date someone (maybe because of pity or boredom) that YOU ARE SURE you CAN NOT or WILL NOT marry.

And NEVER DATE someone you're NOT Sure or CONVINCED you can/will marry, Relationship is not a gamble.

Start as friends, Observe, analyze your emotions towards her, Pray, Wait, but till you are sure, don't ask her out.

Many ladies have been in a Relationship for 5 years and counting, the brother is still waiting to "hear from God".

Is God a mute?

Whereas the lady is now 34, and she's turning suitors down everyday, and brother hasn't "heard from God" oh, then tomorrow he will now hear from God and break up with her because God didn't approve, and now goan marry a 24 year old lady.

Brothers, Hear First. Be Sure First.

Don't start relationships and now start looking for convictions later.
