Do you value what you have?


Valuing what you have means that you acknowledge and appreciate what you have. Appreciation not only helps us to feel content but also makes us enjoy what we have.

One of the reasons why most of us feel a lack in our lives is a lack of contentment. In the want for more, we often overlook what we have already gained. We accomplish what we want, but our desires don't end. To achieve more, we become less available to those who mean to us the most, our own health and well-being gets neglected, and we become lost in the race of life.

Aim to grow, but maintain a balance and this balance can only be achieved once you learn to be satisfied with your achievements.

Do you keep your life private?


We all have a life story. Some chapters in our story are close to our hearts because they are full of emotions. Not everyone can understand these emotions, and not everyone even needs to know about them.

Whether moments of joy or sorrow, we sometimes feel so overwhelmed that we feel like sharing with the rest of the world. We must remember that there are only a few people in your life who are truly happy in your happiness and sad to see you unhappy.

Don't open up your life in front of every person. Share with only those who mean to you.

 

Does the worth of giving lie in how humbly we give?


Giving is the greatest form of humanity. Giving becomes meaningful only when we do it from our heart and soul.

Some people lend their helping hand but make the receiver feel inferior. When you give someone but challenge their dignity, you are not doing anything to help them but rather satisfying your own ego. Such help loses its meaning.

Always give humbly. Never let the receiver feel embarrassed or ashamed. Reassure them so that they don't feel incapable, and encourage them so that with your help, they again stand up on their feet.

Our state of mind can change how we see and feel. With a positive mind, we see goodness in every being, solutions to every problem and a way through every obstacle.

The reason why most people are unhappy is that their mind is full of negative thoughts. When you see faults in people, you always feel uncomfortable with them. When you see problems in every situation, you always feel miserable, and when you see life as a challenge, you always feel tired.

Look at the positive aspect of people, situations and life. You will start loving the experience of life.

 

Why are most people unhappy in their relationships?


A relationship is a connection. The connections that usually last are the ones that are made out of bonding with each other, not out of need.

Most people are involved in a relationship for fulfilment. They feel someone else can make them feel complete or fill the emptiness in their lives. When they love someone, and the other person doesn't reciprocate, behave or do things the way they had imagined, they end up feeling unhappy.

Love people, and enjoy your relationships but to feel complete, connect with your inner self. You will always feel happy with any person and in any relationship.
