How do you stay hopeful when you feel you are in the dark phase of life?


The dark phase of life is the time when life challenges us to the core, and we feel as if it is an end to everything. As we think there is no way out, our hope begins to fall.

We all experience such a phase in our lives. We all have the strength to get through it; we just have to stay hopeful and firmly believe we will see the light.

Although it may seem never-ending, no situation in life lasts forever. Pray, meditate, speak to trustworthy people, and try to find what you can do to help yourself. Reassure yourself that, like always, the difficult time will end this time too.

Living in self-guilt can be detrimental not only to your well-being but also to your personal growth.

Mistakes happen from anyone, but when things go wrong because of our mistakes, we may sometimes find it hard to forgive ourselves. We keep thinking about the situation in remorse and blaming ourselves that we could have done things differently, only to drag ourselves down.

To release yourself from self-blame and self-guilt, you need to accept that situation and admit that you cannot undo things. All you can do is learn and improve.

Life is a series of moments and experiences. We are only able to live our life to the fullest when we are fully present.

Most of us don't live our lives to the full extent. When we are with someone, we think of something else. When we are doing one thing, we are planning other things. This does nothing but tire our mind, and we feel exhausted all the time.

Keep your mind in one place. Enjoy the company of the person you are with, the place you are or the work you are doing. Thinking about everything else spoils the joy at that moment and makes you feel you have missed out on life.

 

Is someone’s success making you envious?


Anyone who has succeeded in life has only done so by giving their time and effort. When you see their effort, you will appreciate them, but if you only see the results, you may only envy them.

Very often, people become envious of others' achievements. This usually happens because they see themselves as a failure when others succeed. We need to remember that our efforts give results at different times. We just need to wait for our time to shine.

Don't feel disheartened if you are yet to see the results, rather, be hopeful that, like others, you will also become successful one day.

Do you feel confident about yourself?


Not many people do and often they seek validation from others to feel comfortable.

When you accept who you are, you become so confident that what others think of you doesn’t affect you in any way. Rather, you connect with even those who criticize you because you trust your own abilities. You come to know that the people who criticize are the ones who lack the courage, envy your success and even your acceptance of yourself.

Trust your own opinion. Your self worth is much bigger than anyone else's opinion.

Why do people sometimes choose to leave those they love the most?


We make relationships out of love and affection. When our needs in a relationship are ignored, our emotions are dismissed, and we often face discouragement; we become detached from that person.

One of the reasons why we are able to adjust to our loved ones is because of the comfort we get in that relationship. When the same relationship becomes a source of pain and discomfort, we try to adjust until we reach a point when we break down and make the hard choice to move on.

Make people feel valued in the relationship. Respect their emotions, make them feel worthy and try your best that you give them no reason to call it a quit.
