If your menstrual cramps are severe, you should take some medication to reduce the pain. Medication is available for the same. However, before taking any medication, you should consult your doctor to find out the cause of menstrual cramps. There are some causes of menstrual cramps that may require a different kind of treatment. I would advise you to consult your doctor before taking any medication.

Is it wise for me to take medication while having mensuration cramps
My child has black spots all over her body after being bitten by insects last year. How can they be cleared from her body?
If the black spots just look like dark skin, not scars, the spots will likely fade over time. (It may take another year or so). If the spots look like scar tissue, it may be more difficult to fade - try natural methods to keep the skin hydrated with oils (like coconut oil) and aloe vera. The scars may slowly soften and fade over time. Now that you know that your child is prone to hyperpigmentation from insect bites (some people unfortunately have more sensitive skin than others), try your best to avoid insect bites in the future.
premenstrual syndrome(PMS)
What causes severe headaches and sore breasts when you are towards your menstrual period? Before I turned 42 it was never like that it only started when I turned 43 and am now 44 every month I am having this condition.
PMS (premenstrual syndrome) can change with age, and many women experience worse premenstrual symptoms around perimenopause (the period before menopause when your periods stop). The bad news is that there's no good treatment for perimenopause aside from hormonal therapy. The good news is that this phase in your life will naturally end when you reach menopause.

Dependent Fiance
My boyfriend wants us to get married but he still leans on his parents for financial assistance. Should I go ahead and marry him?
You can get married without being financially independent, but if you do, you certainly can't complain if your boyfriend's parents have a lot of say in your marriage! Of course, if you are a working woman and financially independent, it's up to you to decide whether you want to support your boyfriend financially after marriage or not!
Paternity Questions
My ex gave birth to a baby girl 2 years back. And she claims I'm responsible. I don't think I am considering she only told me recently. What should I do👶?
You may be the father if your were sexually active with your ex about three years ago (about 38 weeks before the baby was born). However, it's certainly suspicious that your ex didn't tell you until now. If your ex is asking for financial assistance for the baby, absolutely insist on a paternity test.
