My child has black spots all over her body after being bitten by insects last year. How can they be cleared from her body?

If the black spots just look like dark skin, not scars, the spots will likely fade over time. (It may take another year or so). If the spots look like scar tissue, it may be more difficult to fade - try natural methods to keep the skin hydrated with oils (like coconut oil) and aloe vera. The scars may slowly soften and fade over time. Now that you know that your child is prone to hyperpigmentation from insect bites (some people unfortunately have more sensitive skin than others), try your best to avoid insect bites in the future.
