I have one testicle I'm afraid girls are going to laugh at me when I get naked

If you dated a girl, and when she took off her clothes, one breast was larger than the other, would you burst out laughing? Probably not, right? Don't worry, girls won't laugh at you for having only one testicle - in fact, it might take a while before they notice at all. Frankly, testicles are not the most flattering part of a man's body, and most women won't take a good look unless they're right in their face.

Truth or Dare

I played a game of truth or dare and a person asked me to kiss him!

If you're uncomfortable, you can just say no. You can also try to treat it as a joke - laugh and say "Are you kidding!?" or "No way!" and hopefully, the person will rescind the dare. If you want to go through with the dare, keep in mind that you don't have to kiss anyone on the lips - a peck on the cheek or forehead will do.

Otitis Media

Otitis media is a condition where there is inflammation in the middle ear. The middle ear is that part of the ear beyond the ear drum which contains three tiny bones that help in hearing. This condition most commonly occurs due to infection in the middle ear. Otitis media can cause collection of fluid or pus in the middle ear cavity. This can cause loss of hearing. Continued accumulation of fluid or pus can increase the pressure in the middle ear cavity and can even cause perforation of the ear drum. Otitis media will require specialised treatment by an ENT specialist. You may require prolonged antibiotics and continued follow up, especially if perforation of the ear drum has occurred.

Pterygium in my two eyes️

A pterygium in the eye is a localised growth of the conjunctiva. It is not cancerous. Usually, it needs no treatment. It will only need treatment if it grows too large, or if it grows onto the cornea. If a pterygium grows onto the cornea, it can cause problems in vision due to distortion of the cornea. In extreme cases, pterygiums have been known to grow over the pupil thus severe impacting vision. Early pterygium can be controlled using anti-inflammatory eye drops. However, they should _only be used under medical supervision_. In the later stages, pterygium may require removal by surgery.

Can getting a tattoo harm ur health or cause any disease?️

Most people suffer no harm from getting a tattoo. Some individuals are allergic to tattoo ink and can suffer a reaction to it. In rare cases, the allergic reaction can be quite severe as to cause disfigurement of the skin. Some individuals may also suffer from granuloma or keloid formation after a tattoo.
Tattoo needles can spread infections if they are not sterilised properly before use. It is ideal that a new, sterilised needle is used for each person getting a tattoo. Needles that are not sterile can spread infections like HIV, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C. There are several other infections that can be spread by the use of unsterile needles, but these are the most dangerous. Skin infections like Staph aureus or fungal infections may also be spread.

Whats the purpose for taking folic acid by pregnant woman

The foetus grows very rapidly, especially in the early months of pregnancy. This rapids growth requires large amounts of essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals. One of these is folic acid. Folic acid is highly essential for normal development of various organ systems of the foetus, especially the brain and nervous system. Deficiency of folic acid can lead to underdevelopment of the foetal organs.

Folic acid, along with iron, is also essential for the mother to produce the increased number of red blood cells in her blood. This increased production is required to maintain oxygen delivery to the foetus.

Folic acid and iron are given to the mother in order to prevent deficiency of these substances and to thereby protect the foetus.
