Be in the moment you are living. Sadness will only be momentary, but happiness will become long-lasting.

Most people are not entirely present in the moment they are living. They either regret their past or worry about the future. When you live with limited awareness and are not fully involved with the people around you, you miss out on many little moments of joy, people around you feel neglected, and you don’t feel enthusiastic about life.

Don’t carry the burden of past and future all the time. Learn from your past so that you improve, prepare for your future so that you deal with what comes your way but be in your now because this is the only moment that truly belongs to you.
