Married in dilemma

A man had a wife and a mistress and he didn't know who to choose as his Best. He decided to go see a wise man and find answers to his problem. 

He asked the wise man if he had to be with his wife or his mistress. 

The wise man looked at him and took two pots in his hands. One with a rose 🌹🌹 and the other with a cactus 🌵🌵 and asked him,

"What will you choose if I ask you to choose one among these two pots? ".

The man looked at him and smiled,

" Obviously, I will choose the one with a rose 🌹🌹".

The wise man smiled,

" You proved that you are reckless and rushed. 

You don't deserve any of this pots either, since you choosed the one with a rose.

Neither the one containing a rose 🌹🌹 nor the one with a cactus 🌵🌵.

Some men driven by beauty chooses what seems to shine most. 

The rose 🌹🌹 is beautiful but will wither soon. 

But the cactus 🌵🌵 even though it is not very beautiful at first sight, remains the same, whatever the climate is. 

Dark green with thorns, but when bloom, offers you a beautiful flower. 

Your wife knows all your weaknesses, flaws and mistakes, but still love you for who you are. 

Your mistress doesn't want you whole but just the beautiful part. Your smiles, victories, caresses. 

Your wife loves your tears and defeats. She is beside you for better and for worse. 

When difficult times arrives, your mistress will go away and look for someone else. But your wife will always stay by your side no matter what.

Don't look now that everything looks good. Things might not go that long. It's never too late. Don't despise the cactus 🌵🌵 to get the rose 🌹🌹.

Time is coming when you will know the importance of the cactus. Until then, make the right decision. 

But one more thing, don't leave your diamond at home and go in search of stones somewhere else".
