Stop giving the picture/name of your would be wife/husband to that person you call man of God to check if God wants two of you to marry or whether the marriage will work or not. Where does God give such prophecy
Why do you insist God choose for you...
so you go to sleep when you marry?
So you will not encounter problems in your marriage?
So you will have a perfect family?
And who told you that even if you choose wisely or marry a good person that you will not encounter problems in your marriage?
So that the bad attitude (red flag) you are seeing in him/her will get solved once you marry?
I am here to tell you that you will be disappointed if the above are your reasons
Your problem is that you don't care to look into certain things, you don't ask necessary questions, you have been overtaken by his/her beauty, you love six packs pass God fearing man, you love yansh pass good character...
God creates opportunities and freedom to choose from available men and women.
When he creates these opportunities you are free to choose or not to choose and if you end up choosing your attitude will keep him or her, and not any pastor or your man of God telling you whom to marry
If you check there are many marriages that failed today yet before such marriages there were fake prophecies that such marriages will work out and many marriages are still surviving today yet their was no such prophecy (fake)
Only two times in the whole Bible that God commanded some people whom to marry and even these marriages were not for the comfort of the couples
The book of Hosea 1:2, God commanded the prophet Hosea, and even at that a prostitu**
Now let's think of it, if God tells you to marry a prostitu** or even ma* person will you marry?
Now let's go back to the book of Hosea 1:2, “Go, take to yourself a wife of whor* and have children of whor*.” mind you this marriage was not for Hosea’s sake, though.
God told Hosea to marry this prostitu** as a visual lesson for all of God’s people. God gives the reason for this marriage: Hosea’s marriage was a powerful picture of God’s pursuit of his wayward people.
Second instance was in the New Testament, when an angel of God told Joseph not to be afraid to take Mary as his wife (Matthew 1:20–21). This union was not for Joseph’s comfort and pleasure. God was intent on fulfilling his redemptive purposes.
Joseph needed to marry the Virgin Mary so that centuries of prophecy might be fulfilled and God’s redemptive plan could come to pass.
Now let's think of it, if God tells you to marry a lady who says she a virgin and yet at the same time pregnant, will you?
How can you even reconcile the two
Continue taking pictures to them until you end up losing all the opportunities that God creates and menopause go follow, or as a man you end up marrying problems for yourself
God bless you
